The design phase is a cooperative effort between the artist and our staff, taking 1 to 4 months. A thorough study of your work is followed by dialog, profile drawings and prototypes. The result is an entirely new molding profile; the finish may be just as original. Once your moulding is milled, gesso coated and stored in our warehouse, orders from your unique stock can be expedited. Your artwork looks its distinctive best, and it won’t be confused with the work of other painters.

The product will cost about the same as what you are paying now for hand-finished frames, after you cover your one-time tooling costs. The second shot shows the connection between the final, leafed product and the initial planning stages and drawings.
